1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

5. Are your charms compatible with major bracelet brands?

Yes. Most of our charms are designed to fit popular charm bracelets (including Pandora, European-style, and standard 3mm–5mm snake chain bracelets). Please check the product description for compatibility details.

6. What materials are your charms made from?

We use premium materials including:

All materials are hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant.

7. Are the charms suitable for everyday wear?

Yes. Our charms are durable and designed for daily use. However, we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or intense physical activity to maintain their beauty longer.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We provide elegant gift wrapping and the option to include a personalized message at checkout — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.

9. How do I care for my charms?

Store your charms in a dry place, ideally in the original pouch or a jewelry box. Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals. Gently clean with a soft cloth.

10. Are the charms safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All Beadlisse charms are nickel-free, lead-free, and hypoallergenic.

11. Do you sell complete charm bracelets or only individual charms?

We offer both individual charms and some ready-to-wear charm bracelet sets. You can easily mix and match to create your own unique piece.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
